Optimal Economy
An economy which achieves productivity using the least amount of energy (human, computation, power use) and least suffering (slave labor and other human abuses and corruption) by using open source design and standards - to distribute goods and services to a wide customer base.
This is similar to the values-based economy - the Ethical Economy - but the Ethical Economy may be ambiguous to people of different ethical standards. The optimal economy is does not consider ethics - but it considers energy instead, and is in principle easier to quantify. However, it can likely be proven that an ethical economy is identical to the optimal economy. Anyone care to derive a proof?
