Organization Associative Losses are a type of documentation inefficiency where using text-to-text associations (1 = banana) for the purpose of reference organization (1 = banana, 2 = bag, 3 = 1+2 = portable bio-energizer) degrades access or understanding to more substantial or concept-focused information (a banana can be carried in a bag to eat at different places; a banana is a sweet fruit that contains lots of potassium).
