Basics

• The Compression Molding machine made by Precious Plastic
• Can be used with Plastic Flakes or Solid Plastic Sheets
• Works well for producing various shaped forms, but is not 100% neccisary if an extrusion, injection machine, or optimally a filament maker and winder are available
• May also be useful for Composites (fiberglass, basalt fiber or carbon fiber composites can (and often should) be compressed for additional strength)
• The "original" is pressed using a manual (Hydraulic?) Jack, but this is easily motorized without becoming a real Design Fork
