- Rating from 0-10 from lowest to highest priority - where 0 is done, 1 is lowest, and 10 is highest
- 10 - needs immediate action
- 9 - needs consideration to bump it to 10 or to lower priority
- 8 - Secondary priority of execution
- 5 - Medium priority
- 1 - Lowest priority
Evaluate priorities at least once a month during Monthly Review
