Production Manager

We are recruiting a production manager to lead production runs at Factor e Farm.

We are particularly interested in those people with diversified experience set, from custom fabrication, precision machining, and automation. Mechatronics experience is desirable. We are looking for quick learners who are not afraid to learn new techniques.

The production manager's main role is to produce and lead both skilled and unskilled workers in production runs, while evaluating the performance of our open source machines in the process.

The builder is required to document progress openly with a daily log and vlog on the wiki (see Marcin Log for an example) using an automatic upload platform such as an Android smart phone (provided).
