Project Development Transparency

Suggested standards of transparency for Factor e Farm and other developers are:

Reporting

1. Daily smartphone vlog - 2 minutes - 1 minute to record, 1 minute to upload
2. Daily filling of tasks is Flashy XM Status Log - [1] - 1-3 times daily
3. Biweekly blog post updates
4. Daily updating of tasks at Flashy XM Task Board
5. Continuous logging of work product at Flashy XM Control Panel
6. Daily updating of tasks on Flashy XM personal Gantt chart
7. Monthly planning and review updates - 15 minutes each per month

Tool Infrastructure

1. All tools and machines in daily use at FeF should be documented to facilitate future replication:
   1. Map of tool storage/repositories
   2. Picture of tool
   3. Description of tool
   4. Instructional on tool
   5. Authorized user list for that tool

From the project management perspective, the above would allow a Manager, Documenter, Reviewer, Strategist, Business Planner, Funder, Flash Mob organizer, or any other organizational support person to assist in a project. Without such transparency, we are back to 20th century Autistic Development.
