Project Metrics

These metrics refer to project success in terms of the management aspects, such as:

1. What are the team-building goals - number of people, areas of expertise? Are we achieving them?
2. What are the project velocity goals, and are we achieving those?
3. Is there funding available for prototyping?
4. Is a clear project concept, plan and goal stated?
5. Is progress being communicated effectively to the outside world?

and many other items.
