Property Donations

There needs to be a process and procedure for donating property. It can be anything but what is the process? Let's start with my small lot in Hugo Oklahoma. It's for OSE development but how do we transfer it? This is why OSE needs a chat feature in the wiki. Not Facebook. Or w/e it's called
