Recruiting for Good - Application

Dear LinkedIn, We would like to apply for Recruiting for Good assistance. Please see my Global Village Construction Set TED Talk for more info on what we do. We are looking for an operations manager. We are looking for someone who is under 24, as they would be required to 'start on the factory floor', literally, to get a hang of the ropes. We are looking for top talent with high interest in learning how to learn as a primary requirement. Do you think that you can help us on this? We are a 501(c)3. (not said: note also that the person would effectively have to participate about 50% in learning core Apprenticeship material in the program consisting of build and design. Rest of their time would be on the enterprise track focused on developing their capacity as an admired leader. The person would be expected to spend 40% time collaborating and documenting on the 'factory floor' - developing collaborative design/build techniques by participating directly with the rest of the 24 person cohort.
