Basics
- A more elegant, and accurate word for describing RC vehicles, Drones, and similar technology
- Not automated but the crew is elsewhere unlike UAV/UGV which make it seem they are fully autonomous which is technically incorrect, also AAV AGV can be used for automated vehicles and make more sense for that application as well
- Also ROV is often interchangable with ROUV
- Automated Vehicle may not work since AV is often used for Audio/Video so that may need work, perhaps use A/V for audio/video and AV for automated vehicle?
