Started the GCVS Spanish page and the the GCVS Spanish template page. Translated content, needs proofreading. I will need to finish later.

Started the Home page and Research & Development page for the Bandsaw. I populated those pages with some videos, pictures, descriptions and research on each page. I also added a log page for myself as per the suggestion on this page, this is the first entry.
