Running Log of Costs

It is useful to start a sreadsheet collating all receipts and costs incurred during a build. A build typically includes cost contingencies not allocated in original budget, unless the workshop is fully developed.

Procedure: start a simple Google Form for cost input, accessible on line via cell phone for on-the-fly additions.
