Scaling Swarm Builds

- Local Churches Program - work with local contractors in church, with promise of Swarm Design. Training Program Comes out of an Extreme Enterprise event, where publication of a Local Church Leader Training Manual is an outcome. This allows any builder to replicate our methods with turnkey access to materials. From the Extreme Enterprise event, we can host a swarm build, reduced cost, OSE gets paid to execute first one, then people take this on as regular events- annual event for 1 house over 2 weekends etc. Revenue is from OSE service fee.
- Critique - if they do not exist, create them. Local churches relies on the assumption that existing institutions have ample resources. It seems though that most institutions run on scarcity mindsets, thus getting scalable numbers can be difficult. New institutions must be created.
