Scaling Swarm Builds

• Local Churches Program - work with local contractors in church, with promise of Swarm Design. Training Program Comes out of an Extreme Enterprise event, where publication of a Local Church Leader Training Manual is an outcome. This allows any builder to replicate our methods with turnkey access to materials. From the Extreme Enterprise event, we can host a swarm build, reduced cost, OSE gets paid to execute first one, then people take this on as regular events- annual event for 1 house over 2 weekends etc. Revenue is from OSE service fee.
