- With Structure + MEP + Apertures + Other Components Integration - every module is different.
- Exterior modules are built up to the exterior sheathing, MEP, any apertures, and fully trimmed windows, and rough doors.
- Interior modules are done up to structure + MEP including coiled, stripped wires ready for interconnection in final house. Select interior modules have beadboard on one side.
- For walls, build model is that a swarm (from 1-120 people) build the 118 modules, in a time ranging from 1-120 hours for completion.
- Each module is likely to be different, with no 2 being identical. There is a small chance the 2 modules will be identical
