Seed Home Modularity
Modularity involves:
- Shifting interior walls of an existing structure. If placed under nonstructural roof side, it's doable.
- Ability to add on readily by creating apertures in existing walls.
- Ability to add vertically by creating apertures in ceiling/former roof.
- Shifting exterior wall to new location to add more interior during expansion
- Addition of more foundation - and seamless connection to existing buildings
