Seeding Grass

Equipment used: first loader to even spots out. Tiller. Then Soil Conditioner. Then Seeder, then fertilizer spreader, then straw spreader. Or use Grass Mat.
When to use silt fence? Prior to final planting. See EPA pdf - [1]
Combine with other equipment: auger for planting trees, tree spade, rock picker. Note that soil conditioner may be the tool of choice for soil prep for CEBs.
