Self Contained Fire Supression System

Basics

• Essentially a scaled down version of a thermal bursting valve fire supression system (Residential Fire Sprinklers Etc)
• Comes in Two Main Forms:
  • A Pipe filled with the extinguishing agent that burts at flame temperature
  • A Standard Burst Valve with a hose and tank
• Expecially useful for small machines such as 3D Printers (To Prevent 3D Printer Thermal Runaway Fires and Battery Banks (to prevent Lithium Battery Fires )
• Allows safe remote use of these types of devices without the risk of fire

• You loose the whole "Guarenteed to Work" aspect, but if done right, and destructivly tested many times before use, should work

• Certified Sprinkler Head ~13 USD Each'
• Get the job done, but water may damage stuff (better than fire damage i guess)
• Scales Well, a pipe could supply a Print Farm for much cheaper than individual units for each of the many printers (perhaps 100 or more)
