Setup Procedure and Checklist

Steps

1. Identify all static (prior to powered operation) checkpoints and failure modes
2. List all the verification points for addressing these failure modes.
3. Do the same as above for all steps once machine is powered on.
4. Break the above into diagnostic procedures, data to be collected, etc., using a spreadsheet. Use this Setup and Operation Checklist Template - make a copy and fill it in.
5. Power the machine up.
