Each time you use the machine, you should:

  • Make sure all tine bolts are tight
  • Check the motor for leaks
  • Check the hoses for fraying and leaks
  • Inspect tines for tangled roots or string- remove if it's there.
  • Inspect tines for wear- replace tines if they are too worn down.

About every 50 hours of use, you should:

  • Grease fittings

Each time you disconnect and reconnect to tractor:

  • Cover hydraulics to protect from the outside environment
  • Clean quick-couplers before re-attaching

If mixing cement in pulverizer:

  • Rinse with a hose after you're finished to prevent cement from caking to it.
