From April 2014 Swarm Build -

DAY 3 - build notes and process improvement notes.

1. Andrew - replicate , needs docs, feels short on documentation. Couldn't get all out of CAD

2. Scott - impressed on attention to detail. Super appreciative of diligence. Amazing so thanks. 3. Devin - attention to safety lacking. Safety lacking - weld flash + spark in eye. Curtains. Comprehensive plan for workflow, weld safety, sparks. Otherwise great. 4. Safety talk - welding, welding, cutting. Set up locations properly. 4. Rob - confused about best place to do documentation. Solution: clear protocol. Clear printouts etc. make it low tech to document - 5. Trovebox falls short. 6. Kyle rutty - wishes we were further, but quality control was there. Frame and cylinder alignment crazy time was worthwhile. Missed program and wiring. 7. Dustin - likes we made a lot of mistakes. 8. Tyler - likes it that I left it to crew to do it. 9. Catarina - balance of speed vs. quality. 2 day instead of 1 day. 10. Kyle - no experience with tools, so good. 11. Andre - more rigor of prep. 12. Prep - tools grinder, space, instructions. Predicted time. Core routing. 13. Max - great for so many people, but too much at times. 14. Anthony - major learning - if it takes longer for several peep to do it, it's too long. 15.
