Talk:OSE Proposal

I've uploaded the raw text, and started working with small and big chunks to get a feel for how to do it right and also fast enough.

Wikification problems and solutions:

• How to slice the whole document: some sections are still too big. I don't know if small sections will grow in the future, but we'll have to deal with that in due time, not now.
• Footnotes: not tried yet.
• Tables: simple ones, I don't know if there are complex ones.
• Pictures: get them out of the word file, upload them, link to them.
• There's two lists, one just after the other, one 1-14 and the other 15-30 (or whatever the numbers are), and I don't know how to keep adding to previous numbering.
• Format for big title at the top of main page.
• Should I include a link to site header in each page, only at index, or non at all?
• Standard-looking links to previous, index, next.
• Minor format conventions: bold, italics.
