I was prototyping a project management app here: https://fabulous-baklava-37c8b5.netlify.app/

Adding an upvote functionality or building out something new wouldn't take too much effort. The app is unfinished and would need a backend built to support the data. Let me know if this is something you feel would be useful or if you feel something else would be helpful.

There are also some other existing websites for this but of course cost money/are not open source.
