Terms of Service
That text's "Terms of Service" is a red broken link to the following page:
* https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/Open_Source_Ecology:Terms_of_Service
So we simply need to fill ^ that ^ page with whatever we want the user to agree with.
For comparison, I checked mediawiki. They don't have a "Terms of Service" page, but they do have a "Terms of Use" page:
* https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Terms_of_Use/en
I'm not sure if you want to (1) type up something specific mimicking the above link for the wikimedia foundation, (2) simply redirect our Terms_of_Service page to something else, such as our General disclamer, or (3) entirely remove this checkbox from our RequestAccount page.
* https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/Open_Source_Ecology:General_disclaimer
btw, when I was digging into our ConfirmAccount settings, I found that we *are* pre-populating new users's pages with the bio they type upon registration. For example, this page:
* https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/User:Carlwkemp
We're also pre-populating the user's talk page with a welcome message. For example:
* https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/User_talk:Carlwkemp
^ that welcome message can be easily modified by editing this page:
