Notes by MJ - Definitely a business model worth exploring. They charge $1k rent for each of 10 tiny homes on one acre. If land is $100k, the rent can pay off the land pretty quickly. We can consider developing a trailer based model for our designs as well, so that we can provide the land and the houses to put on that land. While creating common space that provides for things other than purely housing, such as enterprise/microfactory/microfarming.
