Trade secrets prevent one from architecting a way where you are only paying for value. Trade secrets are abundant. Trade secrets are any information that is not found in official guiding documents, but can be gathered only from multiple, disconnected sources.
- In Law - while statutes and laws are public, and rules of procedure are public, localized, practical, howto, forms, and just about any information necessary for execution is trade secret. One must contact practitioners, public offices, and other various bodies to find out. This makes legal access an uneven playing field.
