- Continue full development of swarm technology for futureproofing readiness. This addresses present automation for abundance in peacetime use, but is readily deployable to war.
- Educate the public en masse to moral intelligence by transitioning all industry to peacetime from its current 'commerce is war' method
- Take this as a grand chance for 1000 years of peace
- Establish new countries from Russia, to reform to democracy
