Ultimate Responsibility refers to providing peace, security, and an opporunity to thrive - excluding nobody. It also means being the individual in authority for correcting wrongs wherever they exist. This can happen psychologically when one heals one's traumas to obtain full psychosocial integration, such that the person can develop a growth mindset capable of Neuroplastic Sublimation. Knowledge wise, this can happen when one has technical capacity to address operational aspects of civilization.
