Basics

• Formed originally for war/political reasons
• It has currently has 193 Member States
• Now STILL does some peacekeeping and negotiation work
• It also does much more now including:
  • Vaccination Programs in Developing/Under-Serviced Areas
  • Infastructure Development Programs
  • Education and Literacy Programs
  • Disaster Relief
• Not ALL of these can use OSE help, but especially infastructure building, disaster releif, and medical in remote/developing regions ALL could use either rugged/rudimentary devices, or full on infastructure and housing building
