Universal Democracy

A condition within a post-scarcity world order in which democratic existence covers the vast majority of states, microstates, institutions, organizations, and other forms of group-based human activity. Ie, a world of freedom and democracy, where non-cooperators are banished for Prisoner's Dilemma bad behavior.
