This is the food service industry in a nutshell. This ranges from the waiters, bartenders, and hosts all the way to the Chefs, Bakers, and Brewers. This does necessitate the elimination of industrial food production as the ingredients will be prepared by members of this group. I think this will improve the quality and appreciation of food.
