Example:

  • Arms of The Liberator CEB Press have 6 feet of weld at 50% weld, using filler weld inside 3/16" gap. Expected IPM weld travel is 10ipm. This indicates that each arm should take 7 minutes to weld.
  • To do this, we need to have access to the top and bottom of the arms. This means: straddle a table so you can weld from the bottom and top without having to move the arm. Theoretical optimum is about 7 minutes for 4 people welding.
