Wheel Hoe
Hello,
Have you seen the free plans that are on the internet for making a "Planet Whizbang" wheel hoe with an 8" oscillating stirrup blade?
Now all the serious gardeners in the country can afford to have a deluxe garden hoe without paying $300 to $400 for one of those already-made ones. I'm sure that many of your readers would appreciate knowing about this free resource. Here's the link:
