Wiki Issues

1. We can use the wiki for more focused contributions by providing better guidance for people getting accounts. Many random people sign up, and appear to contribute no edits. We could instruct people more effectively on who a good candidate for editing is, what to edit, etc - as currently there appears to be no onboarding happening.
