  1. Is it possible to create a small land-based enterprise, on the 40 acre scale, that produces all the material requirements of modern civilization, in a lifestyle of an experimental peak performance quest?
  2. If it is possible to do #1, what are the conditions required for that scenario to be virally replicable?
  3. Is it possible to create an ethical, open source economy as a result of #2?
