We have used compressed earth blocks for small accessory buildings. I think CEB's take a backseat to adobe because adobe blocks can be produced by hand with a simple form. In poor areas, expensive machinery could never be afforded. In more affluent areas, other technologies may predominate, eg. Durisol block. You may want to consider going to Natural Building Network and adding your CEB specifications to a database being created there. I mention this because I am on the board and that database is one of my projects. Your company could also become a member and enjoy exposure through NBN. Good luck with your marketing. We know CEB's to be one applicable product for building green.
