XM Assessment Procedure

The Product Owner should perform the assessment.

Assessment should focus on determining if the task was accomplished with minimum effort and resources. This is basically the Retrospective that can be accessed by the rest of the world.

Crowdsourced assessments are welcome if:

• Contributor lists qualifications which allow the contributor to make a grounded assessment of the work product
• Assessment is based on experience, not theory
• Contributor acknowledges adherence of the assessment to OSE Specifications
