Needs to be filed biennially.
Steps:
- Go to http://www.sos.mo.gov/fileonline. Questions at 866.223.6535. Email inquiry at annrep@sos.mo.gov
- Log in first.
- Do "File/Print Registration REport" under Nonprofit Filings.
- Enter charter number and click "File/Print Registration Report"
- Enter charter number and click "File Online"
