*For board fab, I recommend OSHPark.  We've fabbed hundreds of boards through them.  Just grab the gerbers .zip from your Upverter project page and upload it directly to Oshpark.  There are more suggestions for board fab here.

*Yes you can absolutely import your Eagle designs.  Instructions are here.  I tested your FET16 project and it imported for me without any issues.
