To capture learnings for optimization - build data must be captured. Use this Data Collection form. Things to look for:
- Errors in the blueprints or in the build instructions
- If build instructions do not exist - use the Data Collection form to capture every single step in an easy, foolproof way using a smart phone. A smart phone is recommended so even if internet goes down, cell phone connection allows for build procedure to be captured
