Proposed Procedure
- Check extruder motor - move the z motor on interface. M302 to enable cold run of extruder.
- Stick in some filament - check that extrude sucks filament in, and reverse takes it out
- Check x, y, and z motor.
- Home x
- Home y
- Home z
- Check heating of bed
- Check heating of extruder
- Hit Home Overall to get 3 homing positions.
- Calibrate 4 corners
- Print calibration cube.
