==Liner Clogging==
*Liner clogs have been common to date. To check for liner clog:
 
#Disengage wire feeder
#Straighten gun
#Pull wire with pliers
#If it's easy to pull - ok
#If not, retract wire, blow out the liner with compressor, and check if wire can be pulled easily. The compressor should blow out a lot of particles.
#If compressor does not work - take out liner, whack it around against a hard flat surface to loosen dirt - and blow out again.

*Verify 4 abrasive cutoffs are in order, and one spare
*10 spare 14" cutting disks
*Verify mag drill is in order, with annular cutter connection + coolant bottle
*Verify bandsaw blade is sharp, 1 spare
*Verify 4 15A grinders are in working order, with 1 spare
*Verify 4 9A gringers are operational
*Verify 8 5A grinders are operational
*5 spare 9" grinder wheels
*5 spare 7" grinder wheels
*10 spare 4-1/2" grinder wheels
*Verify ironworker is in good working order.
*Verify hole puncher is in order

Liner Clogging

  • Liner clogs have been common to date. To check for liner clog:
  1. Disengage wire feeder
  2. Straighten gun
  3. Pull wire with pliers
  4. If it's easy to pull - ok
  5. If not, retract wire, blow out the liner with compressor, and check if wire can be pulled easily. The compressor should blow out a lot of particles.
  6. If compressor does not work - take out liner, whack it around against a hard flat surface to loosen dirt - and blow out again.
