Mechanics
- Eventbrite passes the nonprofit event fee on to the buyer.
- OSE receives the event fee.
- OSE pays the event fee to Eventbrite
- OSE keeps workshop fee.
- OSE pays PayPal fee (3% on entire amount (tuition + fee)?)
