This is a basic agreement between OSE and another entity providing a venue for OSE's Extreme Manufacturing Workshop event:

- Workshop start and end time -
- Venue cost - Venue receives X% of the cost above the Bill of Materials for only the people who register via Venue's publicity. If a person registers via OSE's publicity, Venue does not receive any revenue from that.
