- It seems they use premade silicon wafers, they heat treat them (to create the oxide layer or dope the silicon via diffusion), use DLP photolithography to etch them,

- Boric Acid (From pesticides like Borax) Diluted into a solvent (in microgram levels,need to find their/applied science's microgram scale)
- Phosphoric Acid (From Chemical Suppliers, or (albiet in trace impure ammounts) from Coca-Cola (Which can be found worldwide... ; Good for global rollout)
