Basics
- A 3D Printer with three vertical axis arranged in a triangle around a (usually) circular build plate
- A combination of all 3 axis moving produces movement, as opposed to regular printers where only one or two axis control a movement in each plane
- This allows for higher speeds, and greater percision
- This comes at the cost of a smaller xy plane, and a less efficient z axis due to the movemnent required
