Basic Design

Screw Rod

• Use a Lathe to turn a Rod/Shaft into a Screw Rod

Endcaps

• Either Machine on via the Lathe, or weld on the endcaps/endstops

Motor Attachment

• Attachment point for the motor on one endcap

Ball Bearing Rider

• The Device Containing the bearings and an attachment point
• This is the difficult part of the design

• Ball Bearings Lubricated using the Open Source Automatic Ball Bearing Lubricator
