Basics

• Given that OSE, Engineers Without Borders, and Doctors Without Borders inherently involve bouncing around the world, and that many plans raise cost for international use, it may be useful to find a more fitting plan
• This page shows various plans and providers, and compares/contrast them
• For developed areas standard cellular or full on dsl/coaxial/fiber internet will work, but in areas where this is not available, this would require satallite or Long Range Radio use if rapid communication is still desired
• These tend to be costly services and devices, but prices have come down somewhat in recent years. Also if Starlink is sucessful this should be easier, and more cost effective
