Basics
- A slurry of water, small ice particles, and an antifreeze (typically salt, or alchohol, although others can be used)
- Used mainly for product and food cooling
- Commonplace in fishing
- More effective than chilled brine/water, or ice due to the sort of "best of both worlds" nature of it'
- Also unlike ice, it can be plumbed
