Basics
- Human Powered Vehicles that use a Hydraulic Drivetrain
- More complex, and Uses Fluid, but less exposed componets (no chains), and switching/control is much easier
- Unlike Flywheel based KERS hydraulic (via a Hydraulic Accumulator ) is more stable (can stay compressed without loosing large abounts of energy, unlike flywheels)
- Also could be pre-charged via an external pump
Internal Links
- Open Source Pedal Powered Quadracycle (type 1 is mechanical, type 2 could be hydraulic)
