Basics
- A Componet of a Smart Grid system
- It used Electric Vehicles as a battery in the grid
- It is opt in, but it can draw some power while it is parked if need be, and charge for more/less cost based on demand
- Varies in practice, and how it is carried out, but the core concept is using vehicles as part of the broader grid system, not just a "energy sink" of sorts
